Regional round of the 39th year of the national competition in rhetoric, aimed at shaping the relationship of young people to their native language, developing the verbal communication skills of youth, improving their speech delivery, searching for talented students, fostering their talents, and creating a competitive environment for mutual comparison of abilities.

The competition will take place in three categories: I. category: students of grades 4 – 6 of primary schools and 1st year of eight-year high schools II. category: students of grades 7 – 9 of primary schools and 2nd – 4th years of eight-year high schools III. category: high school students (gymnasiums, vocational secondary schools, combined and integrated schools) and 5th – 8th years of eight-year high schools
