You can expect a combination of relaxation, light exercise, and thematic quizzes that will test your knowledge and reflexes. Each week brings a new theme, new energy, and a new dose of experiences.

5:30 PM – welcome and introduction to the program
5:45 PM – physical activity (stretching / aquagym / bingo)
